1. Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas
Paradise Island, The Bahamas
Atlantis Paradise Island (photo at top) has completed a $150 million renovation, including updates to The Royal’s 1,201 guest rooms and 120 suites, the Atlantis Casino, and new dining venues. The resort features more than 500,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a conference center with a ballroom and multiple breakout rooms. Atlantis is ideal for planners seeking a large-scale venue, while the all-suite Cove at Atlantis offers a more intimate, refined vibe for high-end incentive groups.
2. Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa / Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa
Miches, Dominican Republic

Opening soon, Secrets Playa Esmeralda (adults-only) and Dreams Playa Esmeralda (family-friendly) are connected beachfront resorts, sharing a dedicated meeting facility. The venue includes a ballroom for up to 1,350 guests, theater-style, and six breakout rooms. Each resort offers 500 rooms or suites, access to multiple dining options, and full resort amenities.
3. Fiesta Americana Funeeq
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
The all-inclusive Fiesta Americana Funeeq resort opens this summer and is accepting groups from October. The oceanfront resort has 494 guest rooms and 10,000 square feet of event space split between a 9,400-square-foot multipurpose theater and two meeting rooms. Amenities include 10 restaurants, bars, a waterpark, a bowling alley, and a spa.
4. Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa
Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa is scheduled to open in 2025 and is the brand’s first property on the island. Situated near Seven Mile Beach, the 382-room, 10-story resort will offer over 47,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, including a 10,000-square-foot ballroom that can accommodate 1,100. The resort will offer six dining options, multiple pools, a fitness center, and a 9,000-square-foot spa.

5. Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman
Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman is located close to Seven Mile Beach, a stretch of coral sand and turquoise waters on the western side of the island. The resort opened in May 2024 with 282 rooms, a pool, fitness center, and four restaurants, one of which is a rooftop lounge with 180-degree views of the coastline. Meetings and events can take place in one of the three customizable indoor event spaces, along with several outdoor decks and terraces.
6. La Concha Resort
San Juan, Puerto Rico

La Concha Resort is undergoing a full renovation ahead of its 2025 transition to Marriott’s Autograph Collection. The resort features 478 rooms and suites, updated dining venues, and a new oceanfront spa. It offers multiple venues, including renovated meeting rooms and unique architectural spaces for group events. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, it includes a casino, nightclub, and beachfront location.
7. Princess Senses The Mangrove & Princess Grand Jamaica
Green Island, Jamaica
Princess Senses The Mangrove is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort that opened in November 2024 and is connected to the all-ages Princess Grand Jamaica. Combined, they offer 991 rooms and 14 over-water villas. The resorts share a convention center featuring a ballroom for 1,185 guests and a 4,900-square-foot rooftop terrace. A 25,000-square-foot private island is also available for events. Amenities include pools and a fitness center and spa.
8. Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort
South Caicos, Turks & Caicos
Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort, opened in early March 2025 on the shores of South Caicos Island. The 100-room resort has five meeting spaces, including a ballroom with capacity for 300 guests, theater-style. It offers private beach access, a fitness center, six dining choices, a lagoon-like pool, and a large spa.
9. The St. Regis Aruba Resort
Palm Beach, Aruba
The St. Regis Aruba Resort opened in January 2025 with 252 guest rooms, including 52 suites with direct beach access and ocean views. The property has almost 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, with the largest room accommodating 720, theater-style. Guests can enjoy gaming at St. Regis Casino, six dining options, and multiple amenities, including private cabanas by the infinity pools.
10. The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Opening soon, the St. Regis Cap Cana Resort has 200 guest rooms and 67 residences. For events, there are two ballrooms that can be subdivided, a boardroom, an outdoor terrace, and an ocean deck. Guests can choose from nine dining concepts, and have access to a spa, several pools, a fitness center, 16 acres of beachfront, and the Jack Nicklaus-designed 7,396-yard Punta Espada golf course.
11. W Punta Cana, Adult All-Inclusive
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
W Punta Cana is the brand’s first all-inclusive property, an adults-only beachfront resort with 340 rooms. It offers 14,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 5,380-square-foot ballroom, six breakout rooms, and a flexible indoor venue. The design is modern and playful, with private pool options, a spa, oceanfront pool, and rooftop spaces.
12. Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle All Inclusive Resort
Saint Philip, Barbados
Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle All Inclusive Resort is Barbados’ largest resort, at 422 rooms. The newest resort on the island, it also features an all-inclusive offering. Situated on the historic Sam Lord’s Castle estate overlooking the Caribbean Sea, it offers five indoor meeting rooms, including a grand ballroom that can hold up to 1,000.
13. Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton
Miches, Dominican Republic

Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort will soon offer an all-inclusive experience inspired by the local Taino culture. It will feature 500 guest rooms and nearly 11,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including a pillarless ballroom with a capacity of 1,030 guests, theater-style. A full resort buyout (minimum 350 rooms per night) includes exclusive use of the six restaurants, six bars, four pools, and theater.
