AudiencePlus, a B2B content experience platform has been acquired by The Juice, a B2B content platform. With both companies under the High Alpha venture portfolio, the merged company is now operating under the AudiencePlus name. It will focus on building owned media channels and expanding AI and data tools to help brands grow audiences and drive demand through smarter content strategies.
Blackthorn, a Salesforce-based event management platform, has launched Event Navigator, a mobile app, and enhanced its Messaging app. It has also introduced a new split payments feature separates donations from registration fees.
